Mock Juries Florida
Product Insights is a full-service market research agency offering a wide range of services, including mock jury services. We assist you in getting a mock jury to give you valuable feedback that will help you in the preparation of the actual trial. You will know the evidence that mock jurors accept at face value and that which they find inherently weak, the relative value of different facts, witnesses, and testimonies, the web of logic that they weave, the terms, words, and phrases to use and to avoid, and the feelings, emotions, and even hidden motives that influence them. A mock jury also allows you to practice your trial skills, among other benefits. You should avoid the common temptation of getting a mock jury yourself – hiring the Product Insights team has several benefits.
A High Show Rate
Preparing a mock trial only to get a handful of mock jurors is expensive, frustrating, and a waste of time. At Product Insights, we have a high show rate of over 95%. We are able to achieve this by over-recruiting such as by recruiting 8 or 9 jurors if we want 4 to 6 to appear. We will not charge you for jurors who do not show up, something that makes us stand out from most of our competitors.
Recruitment from all Four Florida Counties
We recruit from all four Florida counties. This gives you a jury that most likely resembles what you will get on the actual trial. We get mock jurors from different demographics (men, women, and minorities). We have been at this for over 20 years – this experience means we know where to look and who to look for.
No Pre-Selection or Biases
Lawyers always get tempted to “preselect” mock jurors based on their assumptions about who would be most or least favorable to the case or who is more likely to be “struck” by the opposing team. At Product Insights, we select mock jurors with no bias or pre-selection criteria because we understand that the best mock jury is one that helps you know how people from all walks of life would respond to the case.
State-of-the-art Facilities
Once the mock jurors have heard the summary presentation of both sides, they then discuss the arguments and evidence. The lawyer observes the discussion, typically behind a one-way mirror. We have state-of-the-art facilities for this at our Longwood, Florida offices. Our larger focus group room can comfortably seat as many as 12 mock jurors in a flexible table system (and more in a classroom-style setup). There’s a viewing room that as many as 14 members of the legal team can comfortably use. The smaller focus group set can seat 6 to 8 mock jurors with a viewing room capable of handling 4 to 6 members of your team.
